About the role

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will own and be accountable for scaling our revenue acquisition engine and driving measurable business growth. This high-impact role carries direct responsibility for achieving company growth targets and pipeline generation. You'll build, execute, and optimize strategies that directly impact our bottom line while having full ownership of critical growth metrics.

This role requires a data-driven marketer who can both develop strategic initiatives and execute campaigns with precision. You'll be directly accountable for revenue impact, growth metrics, and marketing ROI, with your performance measured against concrete business outcomes.

What you'll do?
  • Own revenue targets: Take full accountability for meeting pipeline and revenue contribution goals through your growth initiatives, with a direct impact on company growth. 

  • Drive lead generation strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize multi-channel lead generation strategies with measurable ROI accountability.

  • Design and execute ABM campaigns: Own the strategy and execution of account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts with clear metrics for success.

  • Test and scale channels: Systematically test new acquisition channels with direct accountability for identifying and scaling winners. 

  • Lead campaign performance: Plan and execute campaigns across channels with full ownership of performance outcomes and optimization.

  • Own budget effectiveness: Manage marketing spend with accountability for ROI and efficiency, making data-driven decisions to maximize impact.

  • Analyze and report results: Own regular reporting on growth initiatives to leadership, with accountability for explaining variances and presenting improvement strategies. Take ownership of CAC, conversion rates, funnel velocity, and campaign effectiveness, with responsibility for consistent improvement. 

  • Build cross-functional alignment: Serve as the primary growth liaison with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution.

What you'll need
  • 5-7 years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience with demonstrable results and revenue impact

  • Proven track record of owning and achieving measurable growth targets

  • Experience developing and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies with clear ROI

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to connect marketing activities directly to revenue outcomes

  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets with accountability for results

  • Expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot)

  • Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing based on performance metrics

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus
