Our mission is to help our customers send better gifts, and we do that by creating thoughtful, brand-aligned moments that spark joy and build meaningful connections between companies and their audience.

We're seeking a talented Mid to Senior Graphic Designer to join our Gift Team and bring gift ideas to life. This role is perfect for a designer who combines creative vision with production expertise and is passionate about shaping the future of gifting and merch design for world-renowned brands. You'll be immersed in the entire process, from concept development and visual storytelling to production-ready assets, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that celebrates both creative thinking and flawless execution.

• Design. Ideate and develop gift concepts while meeting customers' objectives. Your work will span ideation, mockups, and storytelling that inspires and persuades.

• Champion the brand. Interpret and apply brand guidelines with finesse, ensuring every gift feels like a seamless extension of our customers' visual identities. You'll merge consistency with creative flair and advocate for sustainable design practices.

• Own your projects. Lead creative direction on key accounts, present your work with clarity and conviction, and manage projects from early exploration through to final delivery.

• Deliver production excellence. Translate concepts into production-ready assets with precision. You'll work across a range of product and packaging formats and materials, liaise with our buying team, and ensure every detail is refined and ready for production.

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on product, packaging, or gifting design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop in particular)

• A portfolio that showcases both conceptual thinking and beautifully executed design across print and physical formats

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to internal teams and clients

• Strong time management and project leadership capabilities. You can take initiative, manage feedback, and meet deadlines with ease

Bonus: Illustration skills are welcome but not required.
