At &Open, we've already demonstrated strong traction landing some of the world's most prestigious logos including Airbnb, OpenAI, Hubspot, Revolut, Atlassian and Intercom for our enterprise solution. However, our growth to date has been largely reactive—responding to individual client needs and custom requirements as they arise.
We're now at an inflection point, transitioning from a reactive, client-driven approach to a product-first methodology that will allow us to capitalize on the enormous market opportunity ahead. This strategic shift requires a visionary product leader who can champion the long-term value of systematic product development; building scalable solutions that serve our growing enterprise customer base while positioning us to capture significant market share.
This role will report directly to the CEO.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy across our global gifting platform
Create and maintain quarterly product roadmaps aligned with key stakeholders
Champion the transition from reactive client work to proactive, product-first development
Product Excellence & Execution
Deeply understand our customers needs through regular communication and research.
Maintain deep expertise in market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Own scoping and prioritization across multiple product initiatives
Establish success metrics and continuously monitor product performance for data-driven optimization
Cross-Functional Leadership
Sit on the leadership team and influence company-wide strategic decisions
Foster collaborative relationships between product, engineering, design, and business teams
Champion product thinking across the entire organization
Own relationships with key external teams including Marketing and Client Success
Experience & Background
5+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated success leading complex product initiatives from conception to launch
Strategic & Analytical Capabilities
Proven ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on execution
Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Leadership & Communication
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
Ability to champion product-first thinking in traditionally reactive environments
Adaptability & Drive
Thrives in lean, fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift quickly
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in dynamic situations
Passion for building scalable solutions that drive meaningful business impact
