About the role
We're seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to amplify our customers' success stories and drive growth through strategic customer advocacy programs. This role is critical as we scale our premium positioning and showcase how &Open delivers exceptional results for sophisticated brand and marketing leaders.
What you'll do?
Customer Advocacy & Storytelling
Develop and execute comprehensive customer reference programs including case studies, video testimonials, and success stories
Partner with our enterprise clients to showcase measurable impact and ROI from their &Open campaigns
Create compelling customer narratives that demonstrate our core value propositions
Content & Campaign Development
Build a relationship with customers who are open to creating customer-centric content across multiple formats (written case studies, video testimonials, webinars, podcasts)
Collaborate with our brand, account management and demand gen functions to integrate customer stories into broader marketing campaigns
Develop customer speaking opportunities at industry events and conferences
Customer Events & Community Building
Plan and execute customer appreciation events, user conferences, and exclusive brand leader gatherings
Build a thriving community of &Open advocates who can share best practices and network
Create community and personalized experiences that reinforce our premium brand positioning
Retention & Expansion Marketing
Partner with Customer Success on retention campaigns and expansion opportunities
Develop nurture programs that showcase new features and use cases to existing customers
Create customer lifecycle marketing that drives deeper platform adoption amongst customers
Partnership Marketing
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
Work with Product to ensure customer feedback influences product roadmap and positioning
Partner with Brand team to ensure all customer marketing aligns with our premium, sophisticated brand voice
