About &Open

We're the global gifting platform for companies that care.

Our platform sources and sends gifts globally at scale, while our team supports with taste, thought and attention to detail. From creative and sourcing, to logistics + fulfilment, buying and sending - the &Open platform and integrations takes care of it all.

As a B Corp, we're all about less but better gifting. At the end of the day, it's not how much you send, it's how you make people feel that matters.

Our customers include OpenAI, HubSpot, Stripe, Notion, Canva, Clay and many more.

About the team

You’ll report to Gabi Fernandes on our Logistics team, part of the wider Logistics & Customer Support function.

You’ll work with our Logistics and Customer Support teams across New York and Dublin, our Account Management team, and the operations team at our US 3PL partner.

About the role

&Open is growing fast in the US, and we want someone on the ground close to where our gifts are packed and shipped. As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be &Open’s eyes and ears at our 3PL partner’s fulfillment facility in the Chattanooga area, making sure inventory is accurate, orders go out right and on time, and issues are caught and fixed before they reach our clients.

This is a hybrid role. You’ll work remotely most of the week and be on site at the facility 1–2 days per week, or more as required (for example during peak season, large inbounds or major campaign builds). Alongside logistics, you’ll be cross-trained to support our Customer Support team, giving us coverage in the US hours after our Dublin team signs off. Your day will also overlap with the start of the Australian business day, so you’ll be the key link with our Australian 3PL partner, picking up their queries and handing over priorities so work keeps moving across all our warehouses around the clock.

What you'll do?

  • Be &Open’s on-site presence at our 3PL partner’s facility: walk the floor, build strong working relationships with the warehouse team, and escalate issues quickly
  • Oversee inbound receiving: track ASNs, check deliveries against purchase orders, and make sure stock is booked into the WMS accurately and on time
  • Own inventory accuracy: run spot checks, support cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile stock between the warehouse and our platform
  • Monitor outbound orders against shipping SLAs, flag delays or packing errors, and follow through until they’re resolved
  • Quality-check kitting, assembly and bulk orders before they ship, especially for high-value and time-sensitive campaigns
  • Resolve delivery exceptions with carriers and the warehouse, including lost, damaged or delayed parcels, returns and address issues
  • Provide Customer Support cover in US hours, answering client and recipient queries and keeping tickets moving after our Dublin team signs off
  • Keep data accurate and up to date across our systems (WMS, Odoo, ClickUp) and help build reporting on warehouse performance
  • Support larger projects such as stock moves, peak planning and process improvements, and cover for teammates during holidays and absences

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment or supply chain coordination
  • Hands-on experience working with or inside a 3PL, and the confidence to hold a partner to account professionally
  • Experience with a WMS and order management systems, plus strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • A customer-focused mindset; customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management, and the ability to work quickly to tight deadlines
  • A clear communicator who can work independently and as part of a team spread across the US and Dublin
  • Comfortable on a warehouse floor, including standing for long periods
  • Flexibility to work some later hours or extra on-site days during peak periods
  • You’re based within commuting distance of Chattanooga, TN, have reliable transportation, and are authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary
  • Hybrid working: remote, with on-site attendance 1–2 days per week
  • Benefits through our EOR provider (Healthcare and 401K)
  • 25 days annual leave + US public holidays + 2 Company Days
  • Exciting experience in a fast-paced start-up environment

Location

Chattanooga, TN – Hybrid. Remote, with on-site attendance at our 3PL partner’s facility 1–2 days per week or as required. (Head Office: Dublin, Harold's Cross; US team based in New York.)
